1. Review health records at Busitema University. 2. Conduct a mixed-methods study at Busitema University to identify and explore reasons for unhealthy lifestyles. 3. Review health records at other public universities to obtain comparison data. 4. Propose a comprehensive health service model using findings from the record review and mixed-methods study. 5. Consult experts in health service provision at public universities to obtain consensus on the proposed model and revise it accordingly. 6. Implement the revised model and assess its efficiency and effectiveness.
