1. The review of records at Busitema University, mixed-methods study, and proposed model were completed in July 2023. 2. Model validation through the review of health records at other public universities and expert consultation is planned from October 2026 to 30 June 2027. 3. Model evaluation will be conducted during the 2027/2028 financial year.
